Need help on radiator heating

Recently, we hired a plumber to replace 3 of our regular radiators into the build-into-wall radiators. Ever since then, we started to have lots of issues. Basement water flooding due to high air pressure pipe release, striking sound of the heating system, 1 out of 3 newly installed radiator water leaking. Now the biggest and latest issue is 4 of our radiators including 1 newly installed from both 1st and 2nd floor on one side of the house are not heating up, but 5 other radiators including 2 newly installed from both 1st and 2nd floor on the other side of the house heating up well. Could anyone help me out with the issues? Thanks a lot!

Need Help:
IMO, if you have given this person multiple chances to resolve this problem and he/she hasn't, and you feel you aren't getting a straight answer, you may need to contact someone else for their ideas and opinions. This was a straight forward project of the basic kind. The problems you describe are not commonly found as a problem in this type of installation.
If it wrked before, it should work now.0
