Honeywell TRUSTEAM - 3 blinking red lights

I have a Honeywell TruSteam humidifier and the service light just started blinking 3 times.  According to the Manual that means "failure to fill water tank".  Here are the things I have tried:

* hit GO button, this resets but after 5-7  mins, starts blinking again

* changed the filters in the Reverse Osmosis filtration.  same thing, they started blinking again

* cleaned the unit.  same thing, 3 red lights blinking

I just ordered a new Water Assembly Sensor kit thinking perhaps thats the issue.  I did fill up the tank with water and then it started Humidifying but after one day, the 3 blinking lights came on.  Errr.  I've checked that I have water going to the unit, even had a plumber come out. 

Any ideas on what it might be?  Do you think it is the Water Sensor?  Seems it just isnt triggering the release of water.

    When I see blinking lights....

    ....I call tech support . Before you spend money call them up and have an electrical meter ready ...Let them diagnose the problem ... It's the way of the new world with a mechanic ..
