Where can I get a 1/8 to 1/8 y pipe so I can install 2 gorton ds on my furthest radiator?

.I found ts with 1/8 male to 2 1/8 female. Would it work to put 2 vents on a radiator for faster venting

    Many ways-

Some considerations, here- you want steam to reach the radiator quickly, but then fill the radiator relatively slowly. For this reason it's less than ideal to place all of your venting at the radiator vent position. One method from TLAOSH that I've used  to some success (in less extreme circumstances) is tapping a second radiator vent toward the top of the last section. This helps to "stage" the venting such that once live steam hits the radiator the first vent is closed. And yes, I've found it quite easy to tap cast iron rads. You can buy a single tap and appropriately sized drill bit at most hardware stores.

On these boards I've seen other homeowners add fittings just before or after the radiator valve to accomodate larger main vents. This might be a better solution for you, though I have no experience with it myself.

    Good luck,

    Easy to do.

What I did on a couple of my problem rads was to make as small antler: start with a  1/8" male to Fem. Elbow, -> nipple,-> Tee, -> nipple, -> than a Fem to Fem Elbow.  This year on the rads that had Heat timer Varivales (almost all of them have failed, after just 2 years) I have what I call Gorton Double D's.  What I did was take a Gorton D and drilled through the vent hole to the other side to almost double its vent capacity.  I am actually using 4 of my Double D's on an antler made up of 1/2" black pipe, as the main venting on one of my mains.  I did have Gorton 2#s on this main, but I must have also gotten stuck with the bad batch Gorton made, because they failed also.
