I want to know more about commercial and process steam. Dans' books have been great for heating systems. Were do I turn to read up on the heavy stuff?

    Stationary engineering, by Frederick Steingress and Harold Frost, pub. by ATP



    Read all of that, and you will know as much about commercial steam as anyone.

    If you have any specific questions or problems with a particular system, ask here.  There is a lot of knowledge available on this site.
