Replace Boiler sections

Hi Everyone,
I have a Steam Pennco 3ks1.25c that has a cracker boiler, it is a single pipe unit. The boiler is under warranty so I will be getting 3 replacement sections, i won;t be fixing this, and will be hiring a pro.
My questions are, is this a simple swap? I know the site prohibits talking money, but of course my fear is being ripped off, any estimates of the length of time this would take? Should I look for a steam professional or a master plumber in general would be sufficient? Any advice is appreciated.
Thanks for your time,
Sean

You definitely want a steam professional
since there was a reason it cracked. You need to determine why it cracked, so it doesn't happen again. Most likely the boiler ran out of water, from a leak somewhere, but there may be other causes.

Boilers demise
Sean,
take a few pictures of the boiler and the piping around it from a few different angles so we can see what your dealing with. Hopefully someone will spot something that might have contributed to the boilers death. Also is the piping above the boiler threaded stell or soldered copper?
