One radiator cold, troll problem?

I installed a new gas boiler. I used the up down method soni would have dry steam. Originally the installer piped on radiator on the wrong boiler., it a two faimly. I add a tee on the header after it feeds the main steam riser of the house. I used 1 1/4 pipe so the condensated would return and the steam could rise fine. The pipes are pitched just fine and when I started it up it worked on a 50 degree or more day. Now that it's cold out and that radiator won't get hot. Vent is new, valve is open and in good shape but it's cold. I'm not sure if it due to the pressure troll set wrong if so what should it be? Or do I need to repipe the header and install the tee so the steam goes there first? The radiator does hiss but never get warm and I can hear water in it.

Any ideas

    Venting and pictures

Is the main steam vent after the new takeoff you added? What kind of main steam vent do you have?

The pressuretrol should be set to 0.5PSI on the face and the white dial inside should be set to 1. Does your pressure gauge read anything when the boiler is steaming.

Post some pictures of the boiler and near boiler piping from a couple of angles so we can see what you have. Also a picture of your steam main (with the main vent) and the point that radiator feed now comes off the steam main.
