Can I convert from a forced air/duct system to STEAM?

Options
is that nuts?

I'm not a big fan of the forced air heat in our house... can I just get water coils installed into the ducts or something?

I know, this seems nuts, but as you can tell, I don't know anything about this.

thanks for your help!

    Sure you can!

but you'd be better off using radiators instead of duct coils.

There are some very attractive steam radiators being made- go here:

Note that these are steel and should not be used in the same system as cast-iron radiators. Their thermal performance is very different. But if you're starting from scratch, this would not be a problem.
