A little high
That is high for a 3 pass boiler. Do you have the baffles in? Is your stack thermometer ok? Normal stack temp for the 215/4 is around 400 after adequate run for a combustion test.0 -
Baffe in place
I have the two baffles that came with it in place and the thermometer I am using to the best of my knowlege is accurate.
I since have replaced the 1.1 tip with a 1.0 using the same 8/2 air settings and lowered the stack temp only slightly to 520.0
