condensing 95% gas boiler system efficiency

in Gas Heating
when installing a condensing 95% AFUE gas boiler like Triangle Tube Prestige with outdoor reset control with the system having cast iron radiators using primary secondary piping using circulators would the system be more efficient with constant system circulation?
