Heat Timer Customer Service

What happened to good (doesn't even have to be "great") customer service; A time when the "customer service" Reps wouldn't hang up on you.

Returned some Heat Timer products under warrantee. Several weeks later I called to find out when my new products would be shipped out. The CSR told me that my stuff never arrived and that there was nothing they could do. After much persistence they finally located my stuff and told me my replacements would be shipped. Skip forward a week and still nothing. Placed another call to Heat Timer and was told that they didn't have my address and to email it to them. Skip forward another week and placed another call to Heat Timer and was told they didn't get my email with my address on it. Fed up with this, i emailed local rep to have this expedited. CSR was now apparently ticked at me, because when I called to check on the progress she argued with me about how it was my fault and then hung up on me.

To bad, they make some great products but their customer service is atrocious. Still waiting for my replacements.
