CFM = vent size?

I was wondering when a manufacturer of a main vent for a single line steam system refers to vent size is that the same as cfm? For example groton #1 has a cfm of .33 maidomist refers to a .1825 vent size, are we comparing the same thing?

maybe maybe, Maid-O-Mist is listing the orifice diameter (0.1825 inches??) whereas the CFM figure from the Gorton #1 is a rate of flow (0.33cubic feet of air will pass through per minute).1-pipe Homeowner - Queens, NYC
