tighter home, colder rooms

Changed all the windows in the house. My thermostat seems to shut off faster due to lower heat loss. As a result, the upstairs is cooler. Any suggestions?

Where
is the thermostat located Irv? What does the closest radiator to the thermostat look like?0 -
If you have adjustable air vents
you can slow down the venting speed on the first floor radiators and speed up the second floor radiators. If they are not adjustable you can replace then with vent rite #1's or you can install Gortons according to there guide. They have a scale that goes up D which you would want to use on the colder radiators.Cost is what you spend , value is what you get.

Slower venting
Slow down the venting on the radiator close to the thermostat. If you need instructions on how to do that, we would need to see a photo.0
