tighter home, colder rooms

Changed all the windows in the house. My thermostat seems to shut off faster due to lower heat loss. As a result, the upstairs is cooler. Any suggestions?

if you can relocate your thermostat [or it's sensor], that might help. you could set the temperature down a bit to avoid boiling the warmer rooms, or use trv's on the rads there.

is your thermostat properly adjusted-anticipator etc?--nbc
