Monitor MZ Boiler #MZ40

I am a contractor on Cape Cod in Truro. I installed a Monitor MZ Boiler MZ40 about 9 years ago. I am now doing a repair and need a part.



Does anyone know if Monitor is still in business? When I call I just get answering machines on every extension.



Does anyone know where to buy parts?

    8.33 lbs./gal. x 60 min./hr. x 20°ΔT = 10,000 BTU's/hour

    Two btu per sq ft for degree difference for a slab
