Mass sales tax exemption for the home owner??

Hello, i have an installation coming up where the HO has informed me that there is some sort of sales tax exemption with heat pump installations. We are installing Fed rebate qualifying mini-split ductless heat pumps. the HO provided a link at Mass DOR, but it's not very clear, and the vendor has not heard about this either. Has anyone come across this? Thanks for any help on this. Gary

website for rebates
if it is so it would be listed at this site:

The only sales tax exemption I see is listed for GSHP.0
