I've looked about but cannot find a chart or table that would tell me the EDR of a radiator give the # of sections, tubes and size. Where can I find this info so I can size the replacement steam boiler properly?

Radiator EDR resource
There are several sources on the web but you have to dig a little. One is Hoffman -Space Heating w/ Steam engineering data (yellow booklet) x Wallace Eannace Associates, Burnham.com & Colonialsupply.com. Good luck.

I purchased this book from this site, as I needed to add missing radiators to my system, and it was handy while standing in the snow and cold measuring old radiators. 40 bucks was worth the investment to make sure I purchased the right thing (I got a free bumper sticker, too!):
