What is the correct answer?? Is there a "need" to install a Hartford pipe connection to a two-pipe gravity return having a boiler feed tank?

here is the answer you probably won't like..
no its not required if the pump/tank is right by the boiler...BUT, BUT, it is required IF, and i say 'IF' the authority having jurisdiction says its required..soooo, i guess it depends...gwgillplumbingandheating.com
