Question about re-piping a converted steam system

I have a steam system that was converted to HW many years ago. It seems to work pretty well.
I am converting the basement and I need to get the 2"+ black iron out of the way. The loop I am removing has a piping scheme which is typical for steam - out-bound pipe with 3 tees for suppling 3 radiators and the end going to a 4th radiator - then returning and picking up all of the return tees from the 3 radiators - then back to the furnace. Since it was steam - none of the return tees had diverters. Question - when I replace - with the same general piping scheme should I use diverters on the 3 return tees?
