Desperate for Steam Help........

<span style="font-size:16pt">This is a personal solicitation for assistance from Mr. Holohan to a jobsite in NJ. Not certain if you are still active for a field visit? </span>

<span style="font-size:16pt">We have previously recieved responses to our questions from "The Wall" but after going back to the jobsite today, we now have more ? than answers.  </span>

<span style="font-size:16pt">Our customer is expecting immediate resolution. This is regarding steam issues and conversion from an old (Dead-Men) gravity 2-pipe vapor system to a new boiler w/a feed tank unit.  ***Can Dan or a reputable assistant please contact me via e-mail ASAP? Thank you, Mike</span>

    why not repeat your questions, or revive your old  thread above, and get some other ideas as well.

    i think that everyone will want to know the exact pressure in ounces is for this vapor system. a good gauge can be found at gaugestore.com [0-15 ounces], mounted on the same pigtail as the vaporstat.

    why is the nozzle under-sized?

    how is the air getting out from the system, so the steam can get in?--nbc

    Sound like...

    ...air venting issues. Incorrect water line. Bad radiator traps?



    Where in NJ is the job?
