This is a personal solicitation for assistance from Mr. Holohan to a jobsite in NJ. Not certain if you are still active for a field visit?
We have previously recieved responses to our questions from "The Wall" but after going back to the jobsite today, we now have more ? than answers.
Our customer is expecting immediate resolution. This is regarding steam issues and conversion from an old (Dead-Men) gravity 2-pipe vapor system to a new boiler w/a feed tank unit. ***Can Dan or a reputable assistant please contact me via e-mail ASAP? Thank you, Mike

why not repeat your questions, or revive your old thread above, and get some other ideas as well.
i think that everyone will want to know the exact pressure in ounces is for this vapor system. a good gauge can be found at gaugestore.com [0-15 ounces], mounted on the same pigtail as the vaporstat.
why is the nozzle under-sized?
how is the air getting out from the system, so the steam can get in?--nbc0 -
Sound like...
...air venting issues. Incorrect water line. Bad radiator traps?
Where in NJ is the job?0 -
It's all yours.
