Pre insulated pex

in THE MAIN WALL
Does anyone have a manufacture for pre insulated 1/2" pex with an O2 barrier for burial under a concrete slab? I have an engineer who is specifiying the supply and return leaders to and from the zoned areas of a radiant slab to be run under the slab insulation. He wants all the manifolds in 1 location, and doesnt want the leaders to possibly overheat other zoned area.
