steam question -renovation

Hi, I have looked at Heatinghelp for years but never wrote in. I am about to renovate the master bedroom in my house which has free standing cast iron radiators now. Both are 25" tall and both are 5 tubes(1- 16 section & 1 -18 section). the Room measures 16' x 16' x 8' high. I want to switch to Gov-Ray type recessed cast iron rads to free up the floor space. By my calcs, I have too many btu's as is.  Room has three exterior insulated walls, two double glazed windows, insulated ceiling and no north facing ext. walls. Does anyone know if I can eliminate 1 existing rad and install only 1 recessed unit?

Not with out looking at the whole system

also remember this will need to be insulated between the radiator and the outdoors or it will draw a lot of extra BTU's to warm the room. reducing the heat in one room without changing the other rooms can throw off the balance of the whole system.
