Infestations (OT)

THANKFULLY I have never seen one of these things!, but news-wise they most certainly are making a comeback.

Perhaps my paranoia is setting-in,,, its almost like you have to screen people at your door before letting them enter your residence,, then we as contractors have to be very careful what hitches a ride on our clothing.

Any experiences anyone cares to discuss??

  • As I realize,,

this is a very touchy subject & few would ever want-to admit having a personal experience with these insects, I`m curious about the videos eradication method.

HEAT,,,, if someone had an older steam heating system, and using the method Dan describes on pg. 16 in LAOSH, could this not achieve the same heated result?

If it would work perhaps many people with this problem do not know they could. That`s why I ask.

My good friend in CT has several dogs the sniff out the little rascals...just like a drug sniffing dog. His site is loaded with information that may help enlighten you as to the issues of the problem. Heating is a good remedy but you have to be careful in public places that have sprinkler systems.....need I say why ??

Mike used to be in the oil industry but has a nose for good opportunities and he hit the jackpot with this investment and is doing very well.....who would have thought !!!
