Short Cycling Evolution

Hey,
I'm hearing a report of a short cycling Phoenix evolution out there. Seems like cold return water from the heat exchanger might be "spoofing" the tank sensor, which I've seen occasionally with other tank heaters.
anyone else seeing or hearing about this? Sure would like to think that a tank heater built for heating would avoid this pitfall....
