Where is the correct placement of a Maual Aquastat in a Hot Water Boiler

Where the
Manufacturer tells you is the simple answer. Most go in a tap on the front top corner. some go in the back if it has a tankless coil it goes in that plate.Cost is what you spend , value is what you get.
