Induce flow

I installed panel radiator in basement where previously there were none , all others are above upstairs. Had a hard just getting cast iron off to a point where I could get a fitting, which was at the t on the main line, in a two pipe system. Now I am getting no flow down to my basement radiator. A venture T would have been the solution, but I could not get iron pipe off to allow for this. Any suggestions

    a mini circulator

just for that radiator. the flow restriction on a panel radiator is much greater than that for a cast iron radiator and if it is iron pipe I am guessing it is a converted gravity system. ANy photos or sketches of what you are trying to do?

    Mini circs

Maybe solution is start over and use venturi T's at another point where there is some copper to kitchen radiator where flow is good. Wishnthe mini pumps were here in the U.S. I've heard there usingnthem in europe.

Why can the pipe not be cut?

I would cut and thread the pipe install brass unions or ball valves and a run of copper for the tees or drop a pipe size between the tees and do it in iron. flow rates and pipe sizes all need considered. Mike are you a tradesman or home owner? Just asking so I know how technically versed you are before elaborating on ideas here.
