Cast-iron radiators on radiant floor loop

I am planning a staple-up radiant floor system with plates in an 1890 house in Mass. which will require supplemental radiation in some rooms, according to my heat-loss calculation.
Can I add a 27.5-SF-EDR C.I. radiator and a 29.25-SF-EDR C.I. radiator to a 300-foot radiant floor loop to provide supplemental heat?
Does it make sense to put TRV's on them?
