I was wondering where I might go to get help designing a 1 pipe hot water system using divertor T's. It is a brownstone renovation where we will be installing new free standing cast iron radiators. new piping and boiler.

Hot Water Heating Design
I suggest you start with this book. It explains far more than one-pipe hot water heat with divertor Ts, but it includes that. You should probably be familiar with most of what is in this book. Since it is hot water system, it will help with sizing the heat emmitors and the boiler as well, and help you decide between condensing and non-condensing boilers.

John Siegenthaler also runs a consulting business that you can hire to design this kind of thing.

Alternatively, you might wish to find a heating professional to do this for you.
