    How About

One boiler with btu meters. Would save you some space and owner can bill tenants. Use the existing chimmney as a chase and you could use a mod/con. If a Viessmann Vitodens you can take fresh air from the room if you have enough. They also make a flexible vent kit similar to a stainless chimmney liner. Can vent out over 100' with it dependent on the boiler. Comes in a 30' roll and they make couplings to add additional footage.
