Haier window unit

Got a call from my niece that her window unit was acting up...  She gets a code #27 on the electronic display sometimes and the unit will not start. other times it works just fine. checked the temp drop and the capacitor. both are ok. the i=unit has two circuit boards in it. has anyone ever worked on one of these units? thier web site for troubleshooting only says... There may be somethign wrong with the unit. (no kidding sherlock).





Any direction at all would help

    a code 27?what in the world do the other 26 codes stand for? ON A WINDOW AC !!!!!!!!!!!!!!. I would love to help  but, I need the zip codes to figure this out !Good Luck my friend!!!
