Small Electric Boilers?

I used to use the Laing EPR heaters for small loads 2-12 KW.  It seems they have discontinued that line, are there any alternatives out there you guys know about?  Ideal load is 3Kw, any suggestions?

    Laing EPR

The last I heard is the the EPR units are currently being upgraded to an ECM pump/motor and going through UL or similar third party testing. The tenative availability is this fall. They will be distributed through the B&G sales chanel. I believe the older  induction motor units are still available.  You may try to contact Laing via there web site and pose the question. Good Luck  Kevin.

    Same info I heard

from the B&G folks in Canada. B&G, or ITT has partnered or bought out Laing,

I did see a Laing booth at the ASES solar show a few weeks ago, however.

I think B&G has some interesting plans for that pump line.

    Hot Rod's right

I've used many electric boilers and found them to be crap!

I have been using only Electro for my electric boiler applications for about 3 years now and have had no problems.

    Available with: outdoor reset

    staging elements.

For use with duel fuel setups

    QUIET ELEMENT STAGING!!

I don't work for them just really like them after using other brands!

    Thermolec

I saw a press release late last year for a 3Kw & 5Kw staging mini boiler from Thermolec.  I have been using a variety of their models for years.  Stainless, ODR, built-in breaker, east to repair if needed.  Consider parts availability locally before going to something new.
