Foraging in the Woods (OT)

Many of you must go hunting for wild game in the woods close to your home; deer, wild boar, ducks, quail..............It's nice to have a hobby that gets you out of the office, with friends and close to nature.

This last week I had a chance to go up to the high country in Northern California to search for morels; here are some photos of the little devils:

Tell me what you go after.
8.33 lbs./gal. x 60 min./hr. x 20°ΔT = 10,000 BTU's/hour

Two btu per sq ft for degree difference for a slab

That`s GREAT FUN Charlie,,, sure brings back memories as I used to do that with my Dad many "moons" ago. Got many "puffballs" too.

I learned great things about him I never knew before on our excursions,,, through some good conversation!
