Munchkin E02 code

in THE MAIN WALL
I just fired up a Munchkin MC 120 today and was setting up the parameters. All of a sudden the error code E02 showed up on the read out. I tried resetting it on the controller, powering off and on and it still showed the code and was locked out. There's nothing about this in the manual and it was too late to call HTP tech support. anyone seen this?

    Found problem

    I wanted to post that I found the problem or rather HTP found the problem. It was operator error when I was programing the Vision 1 program access. To enter to program you first hit S3 and S4 simultaneous for 3 secs and you get 000. You then scroll down until you hit 925 and then press S3 for a second and then a 1 with a alternating de flash start flashing. Then you scroll down and set the parameters.  Some how I pushed the wrong  button when 1 and the alternating de appeared, I press it so it was 2 and an alternating de  After talking to HTP I corrected it and it fired right up.
