zone valves

where can i get some uponor zone valves one inch and 1 1/4 inch sweat? with a solenoid type 24 volt operator like you see on manifolds only larger and for one zone each. or recommendation of another type. seams that honeywell or white rogers, etc with the bigger heads dont last all that long.

i have a radiant floor system my new home and never any problems with the zone valves on a manifold!

thanks

    Bummer...

I am not familiar with any valves that large that use the Synchron motor for powering the valve open and closed.

Best suggestion I can make for a valve of that size is White Rodgers. It has a large flow rate Cv of 42.2 GPM to create 1 PSI of pressure drop.

The only thing I don't like about them is that they are power open and power close. They may make a 2 wire configuration.

    Good luck with your project.

    big heat motor zone valves

Try HeatLink, I've used them quite a bit, they operate with the same heat motor principle as the Uponor motors and are very reliable, I have only ever replaced 2 motors in 12 years and it wasn't the motor part that was burnt out it was the end switch.
