back firing munchkin

Hi, It's been a while since iv'e been on this sight. Through much appreciated help, I installed a T50 Munchkin about three years ago. All has been fine until recently, when the unit started back firing. I called in a serviceman. He regapped the glow plug and said he had to adjust the mix with his annilizer when it was recallebrated. He did not come back or return my calls. I just called another service company, but thought I'd run this by the wall to get some feed back on what any one thinks the problem might be. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

After 3 years the unit probably needs to be cleaned and properly serviced ,i install and service munchkins that i have installed and have never had to re gap a spark inginator ,the unit needs to be cleaned and the condensate drains on the unit needs to be cleared to ensure the unit drains properly. Also after the unit is properly serviced the combustion side of it should be tested to ensure that the burner is performing properly and with in the manufactures spec.peace and good luck clammy
