hot water zone

When adding a hot water zone to an existing steam boiler , which would be  more reliable



1. Using a tank type heat exchanger--  Everhot RH8





or



2. Using a plate type heat exchanger-   --  ie System 2000  # 14

    More space for the goop inside of it.
