Lead/lag for central a/c

I need a control that will Lead/lag 2 condensing units on seperate thermostats for a server room. The customer wants the systems to alternate for equal wear and come on in sequence for heavy load conditions. Does anyone know who manufactures such a control?
Thanks in advance for your help.

lead/lag
part of the answer is, it depends on the mfg of the ac units and will they accept an override of the electronic/remote t'stat controls .with customer approval i simply raise/lower the t'stat settings from year to year for even run time/ware. t'stat 1 @ 70* t'stat 2 @ 72* then switch next year0 -
lead lag
what type of cooling units do you have in the data center. Are they true data center cooling units like a liebert, data aire, ect. that sit in the room or is it a built up system of commercial comfort cooling units. some of the newer liebet systems can be connected together to do just what you described they call it teamwork mode. If it is a built up system where the t-stat is not built in to the unit then you could lead lag on a 2 stage stat and a lead-lag switch manually or on a timer0
