Old Tubing

I have some tubing that is from 1984ish. The only info I can get directly off of the tube is: 3200 upc, sdr11, 180deg., 100psi, B1378, IAPMO IS 22-8-W8, 1/2"otc, 5/8"od, C 07-18-84.
The tubing is a medium grey color and is used for infloor heating in concrete.
What is it? Is it an oxygen barrier tubing? any info would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Bob

Sounds like Poly Suitylene
er I meant Poly Butylene.
It came in both barrier and non barrier tube, and if you can't identify it by manufacturer, you'd best treat it as non barrier tube.
MEIt's not so much a case of "You got what you paid for", as it is a matter of "You DIDN'T get what you DIDN'T pay for, and you're NOT going to get what you thought you were in the way of comfort". Borrowed from Heatboy.0
