Throwing my back out was the best thing that happened this year.

Work has been slow this year so I decided to go back to the gym for some well needed exercise. The second day there I threw my back out resulting in a visit to my chiropractor. While on the table at his office he mentioned that after my visit he was going to pick up a building permit so obviously I asked who was doing the heating. After some negotiation I picked up the heating, plumbing, a/c and solar thermal resulting in a very substantial job. Which proves if the phone isn't ringing getting out and talking to people works.
