Can anyone refer me to a chart with the amount of heat unfinned copper pipe radiates?

Heat loss from copper tubing...
There is a nice graph in John Siegenthaler's book, Modern Hydronic Heating, 2ND Edition, page 242. Figure 8-44. This applies for cases where the length of the tubing (in feet) divided by the flow rate (gallons/minute) is less than 20 ft/gpm. There is a complicated formula for when it is greater than 20.
The graph has the temperature of the water - temperature of the air in degrees F = 0 at the left and 140F at the right. At the left end, the heat loss is zero. At the right is the heat loss at 140F difference. There is a separate curve for each size tubing.
For example, at that end,
Tube size Heat Loss
2" about 150 BTU/hr/ft
1.5" 118
1.25" 102
1" 85
3/4" 68
1/2" 52
