Request help choosing a new boiler

After getting an energy audit last week, we are wanting to upgrade our current boiler, and tack on a sidearm water heater.

After talking to a couple pros around here (Boulder, CO area), to get a sense of the size and options we need and could use at our home, we've been pointed to 3 potential boilers:

1. Munchkin MC120 Contender,

2. the Peerless PureFire Boiler, and

3. one of the Triangle Tubes models.

(for the side arm, they've all suggested the SuperStor 45)

Does anyone have an opinion on which of the above 3 models is a better choice? I'm just looking mainly for problem-free operation.

Many thanks.

    I am a customer, not a contractor.

I cannot recommend one boiler over another. But I suggest you try to evaluate the professional contractors in your area, and pick what seems to be the best one.

Then take the boiler he recommends. His recommendation will probably include the one(s) he is familiar with, and the ones that offer the best support in his (your) area.

Did the energy-audit form compute a heat loss for you? If not, you might weed out the firms that do not compute one for you.
