    I found this when I opened up the wall because I could not find the gas valve, or any other parts associated with the heater because it was all walled in. 400 ppm+ CO to begin with, about 70 ppm now with outside air piped in. The vent termination was turned on it's side even though it had a flap that was stuck mostly closed because it was meant to aim down. Bad install all the way around.
