Hydronic Sidestream filters? & Dirt seperation/removal

Anyone know of any manufacturers or do you install sidestream filters or other forms of dirt removal in your systems (or offer customers the option to?). I just did a search. I've installed one before, it was a nickel bronze one with a S/S flow indicator but I'm sure it's really pricey. I noticed Heatlink makes one out of polypropolene with a cleanable filter. Also, anyone in here use a Spirotrap, or do you at least install strainers?

I have had good luck with the type that looks like a pot-feeder,(canister) from mcmaster carr.it has a metal strainer, that a 'sock'filter fits over.they are very low tech, but I have used them a few places, with good luck.0
