What is everyone doing regarding the new EPA rules on "renovators" and lead abatement in homes built before 1978. From what I read, the rules go into effect April of this year and training is required to the tune of $300 per person certified.

    lead rules

    Signed my son up for a class later this month.  Out on Long Island.  I am not sure if everyone needs to be certified, or there be a certified person on the  job to represent the company.  We'll find out.
