Hydro level pump control probes

Installed V7, V6 Burnhams last winter for church and small Parish Hall. Boilers work great, heat perfectly, have feed tank with pump. LWCO probe type with manual reset. Installed 2 Hydrolevels for 24 volt pump control. Probes constantly getting fouled. Flushed return lines out, treated with chemicals, skimmed boiler prior to startup, no surging, no foaming, no problems other than probes get fouled, then they dont call for pump, trips on LWCO. Arrive on site, pull probes, clean them, boilers run for about 30 days, cycle repeats....any thoughts as to where the sludge is coming from??? Only 1 line buried for about 20 ft, it was replaced 5 yrs ago. Flushed that line prior to start up last year. Could it be in the rads??? Dont believe so, but running out of time....thanks
