The Portsmouth Fire Department did a great job
coordinating the response to the carbon monoxide scare on Monday at the
Hilton Garden Inn.
Crews got to the hotel
quickly after a 911 call about a female employee who fainted in the
laundry room, determined her symptoms were indicative of carbon monoxide
poisoning, made the decision to evacuate the building and called in
ambulances from surrounding communities and Portsmouth Naval Shipyard.http://www.seacoastonline.com/articles/20100218-OPINION-2180395
