checking pump sizing

I Inherited a bldg with rad floor heating (PEX Tubing) any one know of any pipe T.E.L. sizing charts that I could use to to verify If my ft/head at my pump is adequate. There are no mech prints. I have 27 rooms, dont knowhow much tubing is under floor.

pump sizing
Suspect this problem on 2nd floor has always been there, the bldg goes through 1 mtc. man a year. No past record keeping. Have found some good info through watts , taco and Cal Steam, today. thanks all !There was an error rendering this rich post.
