Radiator Maintenance

This is the first winter in my first house & I'm hoping to get some sound advice on radiator maintenance with a minimum of technical jargon.
All the radiators throughout the house seem to be working pretty well & my gas bills haven't been anything like I thought they would be. However, as I've found with other things throughout the past year, certain maintenance needs to be done to ensure continued proper working order & less likelihood of having to call in the professionals. Is there something that I should be doing to ensure these things w/the radiator system? The boiler particulars are as follows:
Series: PWB-4D
Model #: BW2AAN000105ABAA
Serial #: 2304V03627
Gage readings (I have no idea what these mean but hope it helps in eliciting needed advice):
PSI @ 15
kPa @ 100
temp @ 130
I have no idea how old the boiler is or when it was installed, couldn't find a date anywhere on it!
Thanks so much in advance, any assistance will be greatly appreciated. If more information is needed, please let me know & where I can look to find it.

If you can find the owners manual
It should have suggested service in it. If it has been a while since serviced it should be looked at and have a combustion test done. I also suggest the flue pipe be inspected. What is the manufacturer of you boiler?Cost is what you spend , value is what you get.
