moving overhead supply and return pipes

I am refinishing a basement and ideally would like to move some overhead supply lines to a couple of radiators.
Most of the supply lines to the radiators in my house will not interfere with the new finished space but the end of one of the two loops does completely bisect the space. these lines feed 3 radiators. I am sure I could reroute the pipes around the exterior of the space and build a bulk head but Ideally, I hoped I could convert just this section of the system to Pex / composite.
Does anyone have nay experience with this? How do I learn more about it and how do I find a good contractor who will know what they are doing.
Thanks for any suggestions.

Check the find a pro section
I am assuming you are talking hot water radiators. Yes pex can be used but the pipes need to be properly sized as to not restrict the rest of the system.Cost is what you spend , value is what you get.
