Those look super... my budget approach...
in apartment units is to paint the radiators satin black. Not as snazzy but gives a nice updated look.0 -

Just to let you know - Rustoleum Hammered Spray goes for $7.95 a can at my local hardware store. Our sandblaster charges $25 p/hour. I pay a couple guys to help me move each one with a dolly.0
