Low boiler water Temp

My hot water boiler water temp appears low.  from the gauge on the boiler itself it appears to be at about 165 when running.  I am pretty sure it used to run about 180 when it was installed, three years ago.  I use city water for the system.  It also is used to heat the house with under floor pex, and the DHW.  the DHW is a little cool at about 130.  I have a Surface read thermometer and the outlet on the boiler appears to be at around 120 when the boiler is running, and the return is about 92.  The thermometer is brand new but that doesn't mean it is accurate.   Can someone hazzard a guess what could be going wrong?  I installed the system myself with the help of a lic. boiler installer, so I am kinda handy.

Thanks

    More details needed

For starters, what kind of boiler? Mod-con? Has it been serviced since you installed it?

How is it piped (pictures would be great)?

165 is not so unusual for radiant floor heat.

    Boiler water temp

I have been monitoring it more closely since I posted.  The Boiler is a Crown 95000btu , Nat Gas.  It has not been serviced since installed.  I meant to do it this last fall but one thing lead to another and money being what it is now, just didn't.    The temp gauge on it does run up to 180 and then the limit kicks in and it shuts down.  So my last comment about the temp was incorrect, must have been to long after a cycle.  My original problem with the whole setup is that the DHW isn't getting as warm as it used to.  I have a loop into a Crown MegaStor.  My wife likes it HOT, I had it at 145 and it isn't getting there.  I know the risks with that temp, it is only us.  Would an air bubble affect that?  I had to fix a leak in my PEX early in the season  I shut off that zone at the manifold and repaired it with little problem.  I didn't drain the loop or anything, just cut it and inserted a splice, and then closed it up.  At the time I figured the air separator would take care of it.  The splice was about 15' from the manifold.  I will see if I can get some pics uploaded

    Thanks

    Gas pressure might be low

especially if it gets real cold and a lot of boilers are running. Have a pro look at it.
